My nurses are doing a good job:)
Nurse Stella likes to sit with me on the couch to give lots of love and snuggles.
A couple of mornings ago I had a coughing spell while changing her food dishes, what pain that was! I yelled for my sister to get my pillow and made it to the kitchen to brace myself on the barstool while I cried in pain. Stella flew in and landed on my shoulder and looked at my face and said,”momma?” she was seeing if I was ok. What a dear sweet bird. Cassie gives me the sweetest kisses one after another, and just cuddles under my chin. They are also understanding of not having free time out right now. Jaiden, he still wants to play a bit, but then he jumps to me for his share of snuggles & scritches. I’ll post pics in a few days, he only has 2 spots of green left Today I had the staples removed. Staples & glue… what a way to put me back together, whoda thunk? It’s amazing what your stomach muscles are used for, mostly everything that you do. I had much advise from many friends, the pillow is my dearest treasure. Thank you! Thank you all for the prayers! Pain is at a minimum, and I mostly take motrin, and 1-2 pain killers per day. Healing is a slow process, but the Doc says I’m doing well.

I am so glad the pillow works for you.
I forgot to tell you... CARRY IT WITH YOU EVERY WHERE YOU GO!  Ya just never know when you will need it the most.  Lar

For a while, my pillow was my best friend. I remember someone from church came and got me and took me to see my birds at the vets. I walked in holding that pillow and my vet said, "Yes, I remember that well!" LOL
So glad you are doing better each day. You are in my prayers.

today, it went with me to the Drs office, I got MANY strange looks, but I didn't care, I needed it while I was there and was sure glad I had it!

Pillows are a wonderful tool, knew those feathered assistants would take very good care of you.

Of course they are doing good. They are all under very STRICT instructions to smother you in love and kisses till you are up and around and feeling like your normal feisty self!!!!~
