Okay I feed AngelBaby formula first thing in the morning she usually only takes maybe 25 or 30cc then through out the day she has veggies fruits nuts seed and pellets. My question is in the afternoon she has more formula usually around 70cc should I give her that at the very same time every day or should I vary it a little. I have been trying to give it at the same time every day. Just curious if it makes a difference or not.

I think the main point in handfeeding at night is to make sure that the baby will make it through the night with enough food to sustain them. With cockatiels I know it's usually around 7am and then at 10pm. The evening feeding will eventually be the only feeding offered until weaned so the bird has a desire to eat big bird food during the day. I would feed AngelBaby closer to her bedtime unless she seems hungry before then. I wouldn't see a half hour or so making much of a difference, but she will likely become hungry around the same times at night until weaned. Don....this one is better left to you!

The breeder was feeding her at between 6-7 in the am and at 3pm I have been feeding her around 5pm but the other day I had to feed her earlier because I wasn't going to be at home at 5pm. I just don't want to get her stressed in anyway. specially since she is so young.

What time does she go to bed? I think as a general rule it's not ok to make them go more than 12 hrs at night.

She goes to bed around 7pm but she eats seed and fruit and nut mix after she has her formula.
