Laundry Assisatant (pic)

Chicken and I have been doing laundry all day. This consists of Chicken standing on the edge of the washer as I load clothes and as I take them out of the dryer to fold. Then he sits on the basket of hangers while I hang/fold. This is where the assistance comes in... Chicken likes to throw the hangers on the floor as I'm folding/hanging clothes. LOL Typical too... they just think they are SOOOO helpful!!!:rofl:


And while I'm posting pics, this is a painting my sister did of Chicken. I am proud of it. She did a great job. She's not as proud of it as I am, but artists don't usually see how talented they are. Especially considering she did it in 30 min!

You can definitely tell he is allowed to play with the hangers lol. Beak marks all over them!

Cloud loves to watch me fold laundry, but when I get a hanger he screams. I think its because I wants me to use the other color hanger. I show him one after another til I have the one he approves of and stops screaming. I should keep track to see what colors go with what clothes. :haha:

What a great helper, just like Cody. She looks so precious trying to do her thing. A few weeks ago, I was taking clothes out of the dryer, and some white towels fell on the floor, and Cody was there in a flash, and the next thing I knew was he got underneath the pile, and when I picked it up, I suspected something and lo and hehold there was Cody mixed up with all the white towels, blending in with them. What a devil! I can't take my eyes off him for a second.

Doing laundry just wouldn't be right without the birdie help! I can't remember the last time I folded clothes by myself.

Harry loves to help fold towels the best. Those nice warm ones that I have already folded & he can refold in his own far superior way.
