:beathead: :rant: :ugh:
The phones won't quit ringing... I have a mountain of work on my desk that I can't get to because the phones just bring more work to pile up on top of my DISASTER! I have a deadline in 5 weeks that I haven't been able to work on in 3 days. Where does it end!??? I'm... My mind is full, I feel I'm spinning wheels and going nowhere.
It's this time of year I really hate my job.
I'm so glad I get to go home to the fids and just make the world go away for awhile.
Sorry for the rant, thanks for listening:)

That is what this section is for. We can't answer your phones for you but we can listen... sometimes that helps.
I love these smilies.:bouncing::clapping::nanner::woohoo:

What would we ever do without our birds? They sure make the day so much better dont they? :D

I remember what it felt like to be stuck in an office where everything seemed to be going haywire....especially on friday, say at 3:00 in the afternoon when my boss would come in and give me a monumental task to get done "right away." Andy has been worked 14 hours a day ever since he went back from paternity leave and he's starting to crack too. I miss having him around more.
Here is my advice to you:
You know that feeling when you're snuggled up to one of the birds and they let you stick your nose in their feathers...when you just sit there breathing them in? I don't know about you, but that's where my whole ball of stresses just seems to melt away. I'm sorry things are so busy. We know you can make it through!

Brenda you are excellent! The project still has 5 weeks , take deep breath of birds & imagine them at work on your desk. Great picture huh? Now don't you feel much better? After they are done there will be so much less work to do just a big ol'mess to clean up. You can tell the powers that be-The birds ate my paperwork.>:}

Brenda,
Is your hubby gone during your busy time of the year, or is he home to help out around the house a little more? My hubby is on the road every day, but the day's he is gone over night really seem to make me frantic. Nothing like when I worked at the CPA firm though, I just litterally broke down then.....
Hang in there we love you!!!!

Brenda,
I am so sorry you are stressed. Go snuggle with Stella or Cassie for a few when you need a breather. My tooz always make me feel all better :D
Of course sometimes Garfield does too lol.
Hang in there,

Ah-ha1 you're better than me. I haven't figured out the magic of the animated smileys. i'm not very computer literate sometimes.

Anna,
To get the animated ones hit "go advanced" and a smiley bar pops up to the right of your text box. If you dont like the ones that show up, hit more and a huge screen will pop up of them....
Hope that helps!

Put all the phones on hold. You were on the "other line" when somebody called.

sigh. I can relate! I really miss being able to come and go as I pleased like I was able to when I was a preschool teacher. IfI wanted to go outside, we all went for recess! Inside? great lets go! I miss all that activity, the good news is the Fids are waiting to smother you with feathers and love! :)

Anna, I just love the way my birds smell. I have my nose stuck in their feathers all the time (poor things). My quaker smell completely different from my teils and too. My favorite stress buster is to take a nap with them and listen to them grind happily away. Melts my heart, puts me to sleep.
