So, No one warned me that when you give your bird fruit blend Zupreme their poop turns colorful! LOL. Chicken eats one color at a time. Let's see... Tuesday was a Code Green, Yesterday was Code Yellow and today was Code Red! :rofl:

Ha! Ha! Ha!.

I washed out Plato's cage last summer without taking out the big hanging toys. One big wooden toy had a dye on it, and I had a blue bird for a couple of weeks. :eek:

Thank goodness it wasn't red. I would have thought he was bleeding!

oh my god I had no idea either..lol....Sam eats seeds but she is a tiel..oh goodness that must have scared the wits out of you at first!

My moonlight does the same thing with her zu-pellets. She picks a color at each feeding, and the rest get thrown at the dogs on the floor! They are such funny little characters!

I once went out of town on a church deal and hired a young girl from the church to house sit for me. I came home to red poop and almost fainted. I rushed Tommie (BFA) to the vet and she asked me what the bird had eaten. I called Linda and she told my she never in her life would have imagined sitting on the floor watching TV and handing a parrot cranberries. Note the plural. This is my first born I'm talking about, a world champion hog gut - any weight division.

The scariest was seeing whole seeds in her poop. My smart vet asked enough questions of this hysterical mom to discover she had dropped the seeds in the poop. They were not going through her. Relief.

Zupreem has to be the worst offender for coloring droppings (which is why I only use the natural one). Those colorful poops can certainly be frightening :eek:
