 :help: :plz:
This is truly an emergency--thus the caps.
I just spent about two hours creating a post in the HappyBirdy Book forum explaining the concept, listing committee members, creating an outline, listing tasks, etc.
IT'S GONE! What I think probably happened was that when I was done with it, I didn't hit the submit button--altho I could swear I did.
Where is it? Can I ever get it back, or do I have to do it over again?
If you can help, I'll
 at least three times a day.

Evelyn, I can't help you on that on... I think it's just gone:( I will say though that when I'm typing something long, I open my word program and type it there, then do a copy & paste onto HB, that way if the post doesn't go through, you don't lose all you just typed.

Thanks for the suggestion. You better believe I will do that from now on.
Now, if I can just remember what I wrote before.

I did my 2-hour HappyBirdy Book post over again, and am I glad I took your advice about saving it elsewhere. I just about lost it again.
I figured out what happened though. Da uber Uncle has limited the length of posts to 10,000 characters. When I finished the prior post, I just hit "Submit," and assumed it had gone through. I didn't notice the error message that said I had exceeded the number of characters allowed and to shorten it, and I went on to something else.
Anyway, I took your advice and saved it in WP, so all I had to do was divide the post into two and cut and paste.
