She's very loving and cuddly. Kinda like a puppy she makes you put your hand on her head to scratch it, if you stop she will nudge her way till she gets your hand where she wants it. She can be very loud but she doesn't scream constantly just every now and then she cuts loose. Larry I'm not sure how well you could see the down feathers on her back, do you think she will pluck them? they have grown since she has been here.

I would like to know all the details on Casper. How long was she plucking herself bare, how long have you had her... etc.

Baby has been plucking for over two years. Legs and chest bare, Either her downys on her chest take forever - years to come in or her feather folicles are damaged.

I saw Casper's chest in the pic you posted. I can tell they are new feathers. What I need to know - how bare was her chest when you got her?

To me - she looks like a miracle bird.
