Hey all!
Sorry I haven't been posting much I'm actively searching for a 2nd job to bring in more money so that I won't be struggling for the first few months after I'm in whatever house we get. I'm not looking foward to it but It's something I'm going to have to do, what this means to you is I'll be even more elusive than I have been the last week! Anyone have ideas of great 2nd jobs?

My favorite 2nd job was working at a bakery EARLY in the morning so I could get to college during the day and wait tables every night.

Second fav was working for a video rental place, now that was fun. We were paid to watch movies, and ring people up at a register!

Michelle..I agree with Julie..if you must get a 2nd job make sure it's something you enjoy doing..many yrs. ago I did part-time delivering for Dominos Pizza<Mgr. was my neighbor>I loved helping make them..but hated the delivery part..once I was given 3 orders..keep in mind 30 min. promise or 3.00 off..1st cust argued with me(not what they ordered) offered to redo..no they were hungry..finally I took off $3..2nd del the lady had her two kids in the bathtub & she had to write a ck..as she was doing this her children ran out the door as the people across hall opened their door to leave..their dog ran into my cust aprt & her children ran into the theirs..another $3 discount..3rd del..wife was waiting on husband to get home for the $ to pay me..it was snowing so she invited me to wait(policy was no entry into home)but I was froze..pms-d so I accepted..then her little boy started kicking my legs while she talked on the phone...just thought I'd share this with you..Thanks for listening..I mean reading

What time of day do you have available? You will have to work around what time you have open.

Are there any bird shops around that you could work part-time for? THey probably wouldn't pay alot, but I expect you would get discounts on birdy stuff.

Or how about part-time work at an avian vet's office?
