So do any of you have birds that like to have thier beak rubbed?

When ever I say bye bye's or good night's Carl will not settle down until I reach into his cage and pinch his beak very lightly and rubb it a little bit, almost always accompanied by a "good boy" from him.

Stella loves her beak rubbed! Actually, all of my flock does, then under the chin must be next.

Baby goes into an instant trance when I rub her beak. And then there are the cheek rubs -- oh boy.

My first U2, Abu, would fall asleep during a beak rub. Linus will tolerate his beak being touched.

Both my Too's enjoy the beak rub but Harry may try for a finger once in a while, just Too hard to resist.

My tiels are all about the cheak rubbs. Amy is more finicky, but Pede is happy to sit there for hours if he gets his cheak patches touched!

Carl likes his bare patches very lightly rubbed. He will even rub them on the soft part of your hand himself some times too.

Both my Conures LOVE beak rubs. Shaver the Dusky will almost fall asleep.
Katie the CAG likes it too but while she will be rolling her eyes back in her head in delight - out of nowhere she will attempt to bite!
