I went over to Bonnie's last night to keep her company while she showered Chicken and cleaned out his cage. Shortly after his bath, we shot this video. I apologize if you get a crick in your neck turning to watch it since I recorded sideways and can't seem to figure out how to turn it.

Earlier that day, Chicken just made my night before I left to eat with my parents. We have tried to get him to do the swings with me, and you'll notice Bonnie uses her right hand, since she's left handed. So I always tried with my left hand, and he's never really been comfortable letting me swing him.
Much like he does in the video, we were standing there talking and Chicken was up on my right hand, and just sort of dove forward. He let me swing him down and up twice before we stopped to praise him for letting me try. I was excited and he could tell! He let me do it once more before I had to run, and I told everyone I saw after that! :yeah:
I really feel truly blessed to have gained the favor and trust of Chicken after all he's been through.
