Just had to tell you about this new and wonderful toy. TC, goffin too, played 1 1/2 hours straight yesterday. Today he started it again. Wow, I should have gottone one sooner. Not good at posting pics otherwise I would show it to you. But I will try to describe it.

It is a tennis should with velcro closures. LOL!!! He works the closure open then pushes it down closed to do it all over again. He even got creative and criss crossed them, made a little loop. He is my feather plucker. If you ever watch a feather plucker they go avidly at preening their feather. This is what he was doing with the velcro. Man, he sure worked at opening them. I went to touch the velcro and he became very possessive of this "toy".

I was thinking a toy could be made using velcro. Will have to sit down and figure that one out.

He just might. He seemed to like the sound but it was the chewing to lift up the velcro that kept him occupied. I have seen him do this with printed material on paper. He is so adept at lifting up the thinnest thing that he can lift the print layer off paper leaving paper still intact some...no hole punched through. Can't let him see a scab on me as he heads right for it.

hey...if this stops his feather plucking, you could make a fortune off of marketing this "toy"

I was going to go buy one - but I couldn't figure out what it was.

Heck - Now I don't have to buy one --- I have two right here beside me.

Tanks for the clarification. :D
