she is 35 and lives in alberta 3000 miles away..she was sick for a long time & it was determined in January that she is a celiac..allergic to gluten..ok that is manageable..they thought she also had chrons..went through extensice testing..the results are in..NO CROHNS..yay..while crohns is also manageable it would be like a double whammy...so she is funny about it tho..off to London Venice and Rome in May pasta capital of the world and she cannot eat pasta...she cant even eat grain fed chicken..lol..so she says she will eat bananas..lol....

Bananas in Europe! Your daughter would fit right in here among us all. Yea fresh fruit! It must be such a relief to know what the problem is and be able to work with it. Happy for you both.:yeah:

So glad it was not crohns!!! Now it is learning how to eat differently, but there are many people on this diet. In our area we have a support group.

I'm thrilled to hear she is Crohn's free Anne! That's great news!
Now if only she can find a gluten free pasta in Rome. Maybe a rice pasta!

I'm happy they found what was causing her sickness. It's not a fun times to be ill and not know why, it's scary!
