Except Theo, who was a little sweetheart. The cockatiels, Libby, and Linus were perfect turds today. Linus bit me twice. Libby bit me countless times. Even my precious Tinky bit me and flew at my head a couple of times. DeeDee always bites me so there was no big change there, but still... I finally just put them all in jail.

How was the weather? Was there a front coming through?

Now for the hard question - how are you? How is everyone in your family? I know there were some health problems because you are still on my prayer list. I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't remember the source, but I think it was your mother. (Sorry.)

Were you out of sorts and could they tell it? I don't know how many tiels there are, but even if you count them as one, that makes three out of four were grumpy.

Sorry. :D

The weather was constant all day. I changed my clothes, adjusted the light, put on music...they weren't budging from their moods.
After reading your post, I bet your right that it is coming from me. I am moving to Orlando at the end of October, and while the move is a really good opportunity for me in so many ways, I don't adapt to change easily and I am nervous about it. I was going through cabinets and drawers today, trying to sort out what I will take with me. I guess they are sensing my tension. Thanks, that helps a lot. I'll have to lighten up a bit. Four out of five were grumpy.
I think I was on your prayer list after the events of last winter (and thanks for that too!). I lost my job in November and my mom died about a week later, and then my father died in January. It was a rough time, but my family got through it. Thank you for asking.

Hugs Patty! Glad you have a new opportunity but sad you are leaving the Texas neighborhood, will have to get together again before you go! Breathe deep and try not to stress, save that worry for when you really need it. Don't want to waste all that energy on worry when you could save it and spend it in a happier way. :hugs:

Big hugs! and don't stress too much. Moving that far would be stressful. Just make sure to tell the flock what is happening. Do you have family there? I think Lar lives not too far from there.

Thanks guys. I am actually very excited about the move. Everything about it is telling me that it's a good thing. I will try not to stress though.
And Jill, I hope we can get together again before I go. I will miss the serenity of Texas.
