Theo the Goffins is here to spend the afternoon. What a laid back little girl she is, and immediately comfortable. Her owner was was suprised at how relaxed she was. What a cuddle bunny. She was immediately enamored with Linus, and Linus, well, not so much. Theo made a little noise and freaked Linus out, and when I let him out of his cage for a cuddle a few minutes later, Theo immediately sensed his aggression and jumped on me for safety. Linus jumped onto the empty perch and then on my head. I crouched down shielding Theo and told Linus to get off. To his credit, he did and din't even try to bite me.
I have them in the other room at opposite sides right now - Linus in his cage eating and Theo on her perch resting with one foot up. I want them just to look at each other for a while and get comfortable. I was going to take the day off, but I think I am actually causing more problems by being here and going back and forth between the two. More updates about the odd couple later.:susp:
