Thanks!! Never knew about this site before.. but thanks to Dot, here I am!!

Have gotten away from breeding birdies since our daughter is no longer living here. She and I were partners and shared the load. Our main birds were Quakers.. I still have three. And a budgie. Unless I find a red front that I can't live without, that is gonna be it.
We also raised lovies and teils at one point.

DH and I are both retired. We have lived in AZ for the past 40 years.. Have two adult kids.. one of each and a beautiful granddaughter.

Lydia, you said the RFM word! Oh, my goodness. Go for it!

Welcome to HB, the smallest, happiest birdy board on the net. It is so good to hear from friends.

How about posting a couple of photos.

Welcome Lydia. I have a quaker, Libby, who is just a treasure. Those little guys pack a big wallop. Looking forward to getting to know yours!

Welcome Lydia. So glad Dot led you our way.

Years ago I had a Quaker... raised her 3 days out of the egg. She learned to talk before she fledged. Her name was Baby.

Welcome to our little corner of the net. Glad you could join us here. Quakers are the bomb, ours loved my youngest son and hubby but would fly at me with beak open to attack. We miss his little green self. We could use some more Red Fronted Macaw stories, so no objection here to your flock growing by one. lol
