I'm so excited, I have to share! I know everyone complains about tax season because it is a pain to file, but I LOVE it because it means I can order some new things I have been very patiently waiting for that we could never afford otherwise. I just got off the phone with King's Cages where I ordered a brand new double macaw cage for Mr. Benny BatToo. I feel so sorry for him in the cage he is in now - probably bigger than some people would have provided, but not big enough for my energetic boy to really enjoy himself. I know he was probably in a bigger cage at Wanda's so I always promised myself we would get him the best just as soon as we could. Now that he has been plucking some, I think it's extra important for him to have room. Now the biggest problem will be how to fit it in the aviary!!! And those very nice people at King's gave us a 10% discount for being a rescue, Whoo-hoo!!! I'll be sure to send pictures of my fluffy white snuggle bug in his new castle, once it arrives.
