I think I have one in my house, and, no, it is not Fergie. Blusher gets on Fergie's cage and when Fergie comes over to defend it, the little witch backs that big scarlet bird down the side of her cage. Yesterday I first removed Fergie and put her in her cage, then picked up Blusher. The little witch looked me straight in the face, and very proudly announced, "I started it." At first I didn't believe my ears. I was too upset to be thinking clearly to begin with. After a while I realized that I do say, "Who started it?" Yesterday she answered me, the little witch. Then she laughed and asked, "Are you okay?" like she always does.
