Hello everyone all my life I have had health concerns.Well because of health reasons I haven't been able to work in 7 years.Well for quite some time I have been having GI problems.Years ago I had a colonostrophy and it didn't go so well because the anesthesia didn't work.Well I have to go for a consultation possibly for another colonostrophy.I also have other health issues. Please pray for my general health.

They have improved their methods & aenesthsia since then, it all depends on your Doctor & his preferences but do remind them of your difficulties and concerns. I am a colon cancer survivor & just had a colonoscopy a few months back. Luckily it was a good report & for me swallowing the goo is the most difficult part. Mentally holding your hand & wishing for good news & an easy procedure. We are all thinking positive.

I'm so sorry to hear about your problems. It must be horrible to have GI problems that keep you from working...:aww: I have a colonoscopy schceduled because they think I might have chrones disease. I know that some people with that disease have a hard time even leaving the house. It can cause lots of joint pain and blood disorders too. Whatever your problems may be, you have my deepest sympathies. I will most certainly keep you in my prayers for healing and also for the procedure to go well. Take care and let us know how you are doing.

PS
Jill, I didn't know you were a cancer surviver. I'm so glad that you are in remission and doing well. I will keep you in my prayers too, that it stays that way. Happy Birdy would have a big empty hole without you!

No it's not GI problems that keep me from working it's mental health issues(Bipolar Disease).I have a sister that has Crones and it's not easy for her but she manages. She's had several surgeries and has been doing okay. She's able to work though.

I am soooo sorry. I will definately keep you in my prayers. Last year I spent 2 months in the hospital after spending more than a month sick at home and force feeding myself. I had severe ulcerative colitis. They had to remove my whole colon, but I was fortunate enough to receive a j-pouch - my small intestine is now my new colon. Life was very rough for a while, and sometimes it still is not easy. But if you would ever like to talk, I will be there. Let us know what happens.
