those little tiels are a kick!
mine use to sit in the kitchen on the counter and run up and down giving me directions on how to wash the dishes.
one time we were getting ready to move, and I hadn't been taking her out of her cage as much as she was use to, and when I uncovered her one morning, all of her tail feathers were at the bottom of her cage! I bawled! She was stressed and feeling a bit neglected I guess and was letting me know.
Have you all ever seen a tiel with a duckbutt? They don't have very good balance.

Brenda,

Both of my tiels came to us VERY young. Neither of them were allowed to fly first, so when they came home they were flying rocks! They would thud down so hard, and I was so new to birds so I did not know any better. Every single one of thier tail feathers were broken/pulled due to bleeding! My poor boys, its no wonder they love me so much. I was always saving them, duck butts!

My two boys have been zoom zoom zoom lately too. Wanting ALL kinds of love and attention. They have been driving me nutzzz....:glare:

I love stories about your little Sam!
