Bald eagles, photo taken from neighbor's balcony

They were right across the small cove from us. I missed it and have chew her out but good for not calling me. She says the video is a little better but that she is going to get a telephoto lens. I've seen them circle but never have I seen them sitting in a tree like this. The eagles nest on the north part of the lake, but we are seeing more and more of them lately.

They are beautiful birds! There is a pair of them at our zoo, it's awsome to get that close to them.
One day last summer on my way to work, I saw a Bald Eagle dive down onto his prey right on the side of the road, WOW! I slowed down so I watch him.

They are beautiful. I have a couple that fly over here in the summer everyday. Every time I see them fly over I'm really glad I have big dogs so they can't swoop off with them.
