Birdy Acne?

Do birds get pimples? About a week ago I noticed that peggy had some pimple like bumps on her face - a few above her eye and one on her cheek. I had fed her some pumpkin the night before and was at first afraid it might have been a reaction. I have been keeping a close eye on her and the things do seem to be getting better, just a lot slower to heal than one of my own pimples. Is that what she likely had? If so, is there a way I can prevent her from getting them in the future?

I've read stuff like this before and I believe the consensus was that they do get pimples and they will go away.

Anna - I "used" to be on MT a lot... and there were several posts about B&G as well as GW getting pimples on their cheek area below the eyes.

Could you take a pic and post?

A picture might help as it could be infected feather follicles or it could be mites that would infect that area.
