HI Violet,

Don't worry about being confused with posting and the such. We will help you along the way.

The best way to navigate after you have logged in is to click on the Quck Links on the top right and then click on Today's Posts. That way you don't have to worry about all the other posts. It looks like you have figured out how to post a reply to a thread. The next thing you will learn is how to start a new thread. No poblem, we will help you.

As far as moving Bonney to a new room - birds are more resilient than we sometimes give them credit for. My suggestion is to move her when you are ready and see how she responds. There is no sense worrying about something that isn't here yet.

Uncle's advice sounds good. Has Bonnie ever been in that room? It might be fun to have new stuff to look at. If she hasn't been in the room, you might want to walk her in on your arm a few times and make a big deal out of what a wonderful room it is.

Sorry~ I got sidetracked before I could respond :haha:

With my flock if I act like it's no big deal to me, then they react the same way. Take her in the room a few times so she knows what's there.

I moved both my birds this year into their new room- I moved the cages in the morning- let them hang out and play all day- getting use to it. And then at night I put them to bed and turned out the lights. That was it! The next morning I got up and let them out, and they seemed fine. They were ready to play with all the new toys and wanted to start exploring again! Really, they didn't have as much of an issue with it as I did.
