I have to say, if they would have told me what they were really going to be doing, I probably wouldn't have gone. It was extremely painful to say the least, but the good news is that most of the pain subsided after the procedure was all over. They had me take a few pain pills before I came and then injected me with an anethetic. Everything went well for the most part except the drugs made it very difficult to breathe for a few minutes while it was kicking in, and that scared me to death. I'm doing fine now, just extremely groggy, so I'm probably going to end up sleeping for quite a while today. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
