Had a first today

Cassie actually did the shower dance.... yeeeaaaah :yeah::dancered: It started when I was cleaning the birdy room, decided to use vaccuum cleaner to get the feathers out of the corners. When I turned it on near AngelBaby's cage she went into full shower dance mode, so I got the sprayer and sprayed her then Roscoe (he always does the shower dance) then I turned around to Cassie started spraying her and she did her usual she ran from it. then all of a sudden she started bouncing and raised the wings and the crest and thoroughly enjoyed her shower. Oh I left the vac. running the whole time....:D

There are many people who say the vaccum will cause the shower dance. Something about electrifying the air or something like that....

I don't know what it was ... it sure was fun to watch her...wish the camera had been close by.

Just like you said, it is so fun to watch them enjoying life!!!!!

Hopefully next time she needs a shower the vaccum and camera are ready~

before I vacume I make sure every bird has clean water cause that's the first place they go! When I do a quick touch up of the floor in the evening I remove the water bowls so they don't get all wet just before bed.

I don't usually vacuum in the birdy room ... sweep and mop is the norm in there but with six birds going through a molt it was hard to sweep the feathers....
