Hi, I'm Julie from Arkansas. I am owned by Renie, a half plucked B&G; Dave, a beautiful BFA; and Quinn, my first baby and my prince - an Amboina King Parrot.
I'm also owned by Red, my rentahorse (came with the rental house, lol); Jake the boxer, Maxie the white lab; Sammi the border collie, and Edgar the dragon.
I also happen to have a husband, Randy who is patient as a saint; and a son, Randy T who just sits back and laughs at me too. He lives with us currently. Our daughter Meghan and her husband and my grandbaby live in FL.
Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hi, Julie and welcome to Happy Birdy. Please, please post a photo of Quinn so everyone can see an Ambiona King. They are beautiful. Post photos of the other birds too, but first Quinn. I have missed him.

Welcome julie, and nice to meet you! Pull up a perch and make yourself at home. This is a fantastic group of wonderful, friendly folks and if you have a sense of humor at all, you'll fit right in. Oh, and photos of your birds will most certainly score you some brownie points.

Hi Julie,
You came to the right place. You have birds and dogs and kids and other animals - furry and not so furry. You fit right in already.
Border Collies - boy I love those dogs. So smart.
Your B&G plucker... we will have to open a discussion or two on that subject. My Umbie hen plucks her chest and legs... it has been a struggle on that one.
Welcome - you are among friends.

Welcome Julie
This is a great place to land! I joined recently and was very happy ,as most of the people I know don't really care much about birds, especially My Cody, and by being here everyone is very caring and willing to share their experiences. I feel very fortunate to have found this site. Looking forward to sharing with you.

Julie -
Welcome to HappyBirdy.com. :hihihi:You will feel at home right away.
Tell us all about your babies. Somebody posted a picture of a King Parrot. They are extraordinarily beautiful.
Where are they from? Do they talk? What kind of personality do they have?

Ok, if I can get this figured out (posting a picture) here's my boy Quinn. This one isn't too old but I need to take some better ones. He's a gorgeous thing, of course I'm his momma too, lol.
