The conures sure like this song and dancing. After 6 times playing it I had to shut it down and put the conures, Ria and maybe, back in their cage. Boy, Ria sure got into it. I had to hold both up to the screen so they could see the hippo better. Every time I start it Ria says HI to the hippo... The two of them start their conure screech or loudness until I start it just one more time....I am a little slow they tell me. Sheeesh!

HeHeHe, sounds like some birdy is having a mighty fun time with momma and Maybe. I just love that you are calling her Ria. I sure think of her often, especially when I see the cage she was in and have to explain to myself again and again that she went home. And she really is home with you peggy.

HeHeHe, sounds like some birdy is having a mighty fun time with momma and Maybe. I just love that you are calling her Ria. I sure think of her often, especially when I see the cage she was in and have to explain to myself again and again that she went home. And she really is home with you peggy.

She is a doll Anna. Maybe likes her and she likes him. They are not grooming each other yet, but will get close. She seems to enjoy the household activity. She spent part of the evening shopping with me yesterday. She helped me pick out some things at pier one import. I got a wood room divided with adjustable louvers to use at the front door. The dogs have pulled curtains down a couple of times now. The screen is great for privacy. Also got a mail desk tall and narrow and will fit in the entry better than the current table. Of course there needs to be a bit of decorating so got a ceramic bowl (boat style) with artificial pomagranites to put in it. The are very realistic looking.
Of course Ria had to say hi to everyone, and tell them good bird She even managed her "come here" whistle! She was a big hit and we had a good time together. And of course people laughed and Ria laughed and I laughed and everyone laughed louder. What a great birdie ambassador spreading smiles wherever she goes!
Easy bird to take care of and LOVE. Life doesn't get better than this. Yep, maRIA belongs here.

This is all I could have wished for her and more. She is a very easy going bird, very easy to love and a very good example indeed.
