Prayers For A Friend

My best friend called me this afternoon in tears. She had been fighting an unknown battle of the wills with her dog's health. She has been back and forth from the vets office more times than I could ever count in the last year alone. They did lab testing, x-rays, boipsys, tried a variety of medications, diet changes, etc, but nothing seemed to help the little dog. Last month some of her symptoms started to disapear and my friend thought they might finally be getting somewhere, even though the vets still had no idea what they were dealing with. A few days ago, the dog passed away very suddenly from a heart attack. She was only 4 years old. My friend is absolutely crushed. Please keep her in your prayers. She has another little dog, who is the daughter of the dog who passed away, and the surviving dog is taking it very hard also. Please pray for her as well.

How sad. It's bad enough losing a beloved pet, but somehow it makes it worse when you don't know why. Prayers and hugs are sent to friend and her family.

That is very sad. We had a Yorkie that was prone to seizures. She was on meds for years to control it. Out of nowhere she went into a seizure one day and when she came out of it she couldn't find the food bowl, go lost in the back yard, just about a vegtable. We finally decided to put her down. It was so hard. My thoughts are with your friend.
