I Can Fly!!!!!

Hi Everybirdy!
My name is BENNY and guess what I'm learning to do? My breeder clipped my wings before I could learn to fly, but since I have lived with my new mommy, she has allowed my wings to grow out. Daddy and her weren't sure if I would ever be able to learn to fly well and Dad told me once that I flew like a wounded helicopter. Nonetheless, Mom let me have a go at it! She usually doesn't let us birds stay fully flighted but she thought it would be good for my self esteem, since I seem to struggle with being afraid of most things. Sooo, tonight when I was snuggling with mom, I decided it was time to proove to myself that i'm a true bird!!! My mom put me on the towel rack in the bathroom, walked to the bathroom door and then called me. Well, I mustered up all of my confidence and took off. I made a perfect landing on her hand. I poofed out my chest and did the Benny head bob. I'm the collest cockatoo in the whole world.

Benny, you is so lucky. My name is Blusher and I am a red-fronted caw, even dough da mama sometime call me da poop-footed caw. (She funny. :haha:) I no fly so good. When I first tried to flied, I flied into da wall. I had a bad owee. Da first mama clipped my feders. Now I got all my feders and I flys, but no so good cause I only want to fly to da mama and sometime she not in da direction I going. Good job, Benny.

You're a hoot! You can be in the secret BE2 club and come with us. How 'bout we all meet up in Vegas on the strip? Thats half way, right? There are no walls to run into in vegas...just lots of flashing colored lights. Oh, but if you ARE going to come with us, you'll have to put a white sock over your head so you can look cute and poofy like us. No red heads allowed in this club, no sir.
