I remember the first time Fergie used it. I told her where she had pooped was not a designated pooh pooh place and she responded with, "I pooh pooh." I was amazed. Of course, the next day she told me, "I love pooh pooh."

I read somewhere that researchers find a parrot's correct use of pronouns to be amazing.

It IS incredible when you think about it. It identifies itself or someone else as an individual. That is so cool.
My daughter's U2 always said I love 'oo'. Couldn't ever get the Y sound.
BTW, my dear sweet teils, who sit on my lap as I type remind me that, I personally, HATE pooh-pooh.

Peggy says "I love you pretty bird" and means it in context. She calls me "Pretty bird" or "Momma's pretty bird" meaning "my mom, the pretty bird". When she wants to refer to herself as pretty she says "Pretty, pretty, peggy sue." When she has an over inflated ego she says "Look it! LOOK IT, look it pretty birrrrd!" She has an over inflated ego a lot.
