View Full Version : Just a recombination, or a complaint?

I fell asleep on the sofa. Shame on me. It was time for the afternoon feeding and I continued to sleep. Blusher started shrieking. I got up and closed the curtains in case there was something out there that scared her, a dog, a cat, a leaf, a heron (the list goes on ) Then, may I please be forgiven, I got back on the sofa. Well, the shrieking began in earnest. Now this is not "I am happy shrieking" or "I love being a bird shrieking." This is "I am royally ticked off shrieking."

I dragged my lazy self up off the sofa and went into the kitchen to prepare the afternoon snack. This seemed like progress to Blusher so she stopped shrieking and started the red-front babble, but in the middle of it, I heard, "You wanna owee?" She has never used that recombination, and knowing their intelligence, I just have to wonder if she meant it. :haha:

She is always up to something. She must have meant it because she said it again. I just corrected it. She actually said, "You wanna owee." Not "want a." I claim senior moment again.
