Help with tracking Daisy's breeder

I'd like to find her breeder for an exact hatch date and to see if her foot problem is a birth defect. The breeder is in Florida and their initials on the band are WWE. I did a search but came up empty. I'm gonna keep looking, but if you guys know anything I'd appreciate the help!
