I just wanted to let you all know that I might not be very active on HB for a bit. I usually get on while feeding the baby, but our PC crashed and turned into a paperweight so I am using our laptop to get online, but I can't have a baby and the laptop on my lap at the same time. ;) We may end up having to get a new computer, which may take a while...so if im not running my mouth as per usual, I just want to let you know that that's why. We'll see how it goes though, baby may give me some time!

Also, keep me in your prayers. I'm having more medical issues and have been in a lot of pain the past few days. I'm really frustrated with and tired of my lack of health so I won't get into it, but please keep me in your prayers. You all are awesome and its so great to have such wonderful friends! I hope your Christmas was awesome!

Thanks for all of your prayers everyone.
I'm feeling much better. I'm sorry for the rant, but sometimes we just need a good rant! I woke up last week, rolled over, and my neck locked up, spasmed and left me stuck looking straight forward for a few days. I'm doing much better now and am almost back to normal except that i can't turn my neck to the left. The same thing has happened to me in the past but it had never been quite as painful as this time. I'm working on a theory that all of my past health issues are related and am determind to solve the mystery, but in the meantime I resolve to not let it stand in the way of life. Thanks for letting me rant when I needed one. I have a much better attitude now.

The exact same thing happened to our daughter when she was three years old. No other symptoms just the neck. Doctor diagnosed it as a specific virus setteling in the neck muscle. It did go away but they gave her one dose of muscle relaxant first. Since then I have learned more about how to relax the spasm. Accupressure & just tapping on the tight muscles & drinking water with extra vitamin C helps to flush the lactic acid build up out of the muscles involved. Hope that helps.
