Some people post photos and a thumbnail image appears which we click on to enlarge. Some people post links to photos. Some people post photos and they appear right here on HB. No clicks. No links. And they are large photos. How does one do that?

I've wondered that myself.
Also, how do you create a link in a message through clicking on a word?? jamieleigh does this alot! Inquiring minds want to know, actually the computer illiterate.:haha:

I have done that before. Maybe one time. I'll try to post a photo (http://www.shutterfly.com/view/pictures.jsp)of Tommie. If it works, I'll explain what I did.

OK, here is what I did. First I typed my message in the Message Box. Then I highlighted the word I wanted to turn into a link. I went to a photo of Tommie (BFA) and copied the URL beginning with www. Then I went to the icons above the Message Box. On the left it begins with B I U. The seventh one from the right looks like a globe and with maybe a paper clip beneath it. (Put your pointer over the icon until you find the one that says "Insert Link.") I clicked on that and it underlined the word I highlighted and make it a clickable link.

Your link worked, but it took me to shutterfly and asked for a user name and passowrd, so I did not get to see Tommie....

Yours worked. I tried it again using the photo's Properties. Did my second attempt open for you?

Here's what I did...
If you can right click on a picture and get "copy" to come up, then just do a copy paste and the picture will appear:):):)

I tried from Webshots, Shutterfly, and my desktop. It gave what looked like a URL or properties.

Which album did you use?

I opened a link in an HB post Anna did and it popped up the pic of Sydney. Alot of sites you can't copy and paste, webshots & shutterfly are 2 of them. try photo bucket.

Thanks. That does seem easier. Maybe I will someday.
